The BMW Performance Driving School is excited to provide the opportunity to drive a wide variety of vehicles on our closed track. During your event you will get to participate in three driving experiences where you will feel the vehicle dynamics, the power of the engine and the true performance of our BMWs. A professional BMW instructor will guide you through each exercise. You will drive the X vehicles on our Off Road Course going through our deep water crossing, climbing our extreme hills and navigating Spiral Mountain. Our Performance Track exercise will get your adrenaline flowing as you take corners and straightaways in several BMWs. You will see side by side how they handle the road. And the program would not be complete without the thrill of a lifetime, a Hot Lap with one of our Pro instructors! How do I check-in for my Performance Drive experience? Upon arriving at the Greenville Convention Center, all registered participants must visit the Performance Center table to receive a wrist band and show a valid driver’s license before boarding a bus. Please be on the bus at least 10 minutes before the start of your session. Your session times are indicated in your confirmation letter and can be confirmed at the Registration Desk at the Greenville Convention Center.
What kind of shoes should I wear? Please wear closed-toed shoes.
Do I need insurance to drive? No, insurance is not required.
Do I need a driver’s license? Yes, you must present a valid driver’s license upon check-in.
Is there an age limit to drive? You must be 18 years old and must present a valid driver’s license upon check-in.
What is the cost to drive? There is no cost to attend the Performance Drive for registered conference attendees.
Will I still drive if there is bad weather? Every event we have scheduled is held rain or shine, so bring clothing appropriate for the day’s activities.
